Out of respect for the privacy of subscribers you may request at any time to stop receiving these communications by contacting us or clicking 'unsubscribe' in an email.
We do not share data with any third parties.
On this website we may offer links to other web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will update this Terms and Conditions page.
Part II. Access to Information
The Private Practice strives to maintain the accuracy of our information. Users may contact us about any inaccuracies they may find or log in to the web site to update their details (for magazine subscriptions only). Users may delete their information from our database by contacting us.
Part III. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact us by email or phone. We are committed to resolving disputes ASAP.
Part IV. Data Storage and Security
The Private Practice protects user information with the following security measures for payment information: using security protocols, secure servers, firewalls, 128-bit SSL encryption and other technologies and procedures used to protect consumer privacy. At no point are your credit card details stored with us.
Part V. Refund Policy
Cancellations for Programs run by The Private Practice must be notified in writing to Fintuition Institute. Cancellations recieved 2 weeks before each course will recieve a refund of all monies paid less a cancellation fee of $150.00. No refunds will be made after this date.
